It came down to the wire on Monday, with Metro Ice taking Game of one the League Championship Series on a dramatic walk-off double in the bottom of the 7th that sealed their victory over the Marlins.

Metro Ice earned the victory despite allowing Marlins to score three runs in the third inning.  Dulay and Mo Kokuvich all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

In the second inning, Warren Metro Ice got their offense started when Derek Morrison singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Metro Ice tied things up at four when Morrison singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

JT Taylor pitched Metro Ice to victory. He went seven innings, allowing four runs on four hits, striking out three and walking one.

Popadak took the loss for Marlins. He lasted six and a third innings, allowing 13 hits and five runs while striking out two and walking one.

Warren Metro Ice had 13 hits in the game.  Nick Charnas, Jones, Derek Armstrong, Morrison, and Chris Descalzi all managed multiple hits for Warren Metro Ice.  Charnas led Warren Metro Ice with three hits in three at bats.
